Once upon a time during Season 14 when the main plot of the show was up in the air and nobody knew what was gonna happen I got an itch that I couldn’t manage to scratch: I wanted was a full blown forum RP and what I had was nowhere near enough time or energy to strike up interest in it. Instead I quietly whittled away at some OCs and crossed my fingers hoping I’d magically stumble into a community of people who had the same itch as me—and the same perceptions of the show; namely that Tucker is black, that gay characters aren't a joke, that kind of thing! It never coalesced in any tangible way, outside of a few small scraps of dialogue. What remains is just this intro below and the bios for the characters I came up with which I'm also gonna post for kicks!
"Year: 2557. The Staff of Charon, a ship closely associated with several illegal paramilitary actions and organizations including Project Freelancer, is captured by the soldiers of the planet Chorus. Information contained within the Staff of Charon’s computers is locked down by UNSC forces but not before an unknown entity acquires information pertaining to the remaining ex-freelancers and their former—and, after the fall of the project and dissolution of its agents, current—identities.
No one is certain exactly how, but that information has found its way through little-known channels to those who would most efficiently end those freelancer's lives. Some with direct connections to previous Project Freelancer operations, some with grudges against specific individuals, and none that any of the ex-freelancers are prepared for.
Only one thing is guaranteed: a fight. A lot of fights, probably. Some dire battles, some barely qualified to be called a proper skirmish! Amidst gun fire and explosions, whether running toward it or away, laughing or screaming, you’ll have to ask yourself one question: What do you fight for?"
